How billing works

You only pay for the profiles your clients have completed

(resulting in a full report).

Reports usually comprise of 2 or 3 modules.

For a full report to be generated all of the modules must be completed.

So you won't be charged if a client starts a module but doesn't finish it.

Or if a user only completes 2 out of 3 modules

You'll only be charged £2.50 when a client completes all 3 modules and gets a result

+£1.00 per any additional, optional reports
(Knowledge & Understanding, ESG etc.)

The client's full report and data become immediately available in Be-IQ Hub

Reports are charged in "stacks" so that your card statements aren't full of tiny transactions!

You can decide the size of your stacks and change it at any time

5 reports starting at £12.50+vat
10 reports starting at £25+vat
25 reports starting at £62.50+vat
50 reports starting at £125+vat
100 reports starting at £250+vat

We recommend starting off with a small stack to trial the service
(as these are non-refundable).

You can then increase it in the future to better suit your business

Once you've used up the stack of reports, your card will automatically be charged for another stack

Once a report is paid for, you will always have access to it, even if you've stopped using the service
